St. Patrick's & St. Anthony's Catholic Community at 920 Fulton Street, Grand Haven, MI 49417 US - Catechist Certification

Catechist Certification

Welcome to our Catechist Certification Web Page

Before Jesus left the earth, he gave us the Great Commission,

“Go therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the

Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have

commanded you and know I am with you until the end of time.” Matthew 28:19-20

Today you are answering that call by sharing the Love of Christ with the youth and adults of our vibrant faith community. THANK YOU!!!

We appreciate your generous response to God by sharing your faith with others and we are committed to your ongoing spiritual and faith formation. Our diocese takes the challenge of forming our leadership seriously and we want to you to be well prepared for your ministry in the Church. Therefore, we ask that you make a commitment to your own faith formation and work toward Diocesan Certification.

You probably have more training than you realize and we want to help you become certified. This link will take you to the Diocesan Levels of Certification. Don’t get overwhelmed, you may already have enough for certification, but if not… we will help you!!!
